-
Are there any health or age restrictions?
The minimum age is 14, and you must know how to swim. If you are pregnant, have a back, shoulder, or knee injury, or a cardiovascular or respiratory condition, please contact us before booking so we can discuss your situation with the operator.
-
Why is it called "to the Border"?
Because the descent follows the lower Manso River down to near the border with Chile. There's no border crossing and no travel documents are needed: the river simply continues towards the Pacific, and the excursion ends on that side of the valley.
